USA TIMINGS Job Timings: 8PM to 5AM Pakistan Standard time, 5 days a week onsite role. Key Responsibilities: \- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis \- Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and business trends \- Perform detailed payroll and workforce cost analysis \- Prepare insightful reports and dashboards for management \- Identify cost\-saving opportunities and improve efficiency \- Collaborate with HR, operations, and finance teams Requirements: \- ACCA / CMA / Part\-qualified CA (Article ship completed or in progress) \- Good to have: Article ship experience from a reputable firm \- 3–5 years of experience in FP\&A or financial analysis \- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills \- Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query) \- Payroll data analysis experience (preferred) \- ERP/BI tools (SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau) are a plus
