to join our distributed global finance team. As our AI\-driven recruitment and digital identity verification platforms scale rapidly across North America and the GCC, tracking our unit economics, subscription metrics, and capital efficiency across international borders is paramount.
Operating completely remote from within Pakistan, you will play a critical role in evaluating platform performance, building robust predictive models, and optimizing cross\-border financial workflows. **Key Responsibilities**
* **Financial Modeling \& Forecasting:**
Build, maintain, and refine sophisticated rolling cash flow and revenue models for our global B2B SaaS platform.
* **SaaS Metrics Analytics:**
Track and report on critical software metrics, including Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
* **Cross\-Border Reconciliation:**
Analyze multi\-currency subscription flows and payout structures, ensuring seamless alignment between international banking systems and payment gateways.
* **Data\-Driven Strategy:**
Generate high\-fidelity monthly financial dossiers and variance reports to support executive decision\-making and global capital allocation.
* **Process Optimization:**
Partner with internal teams to evaluate the commercial scaling and unit economics of our cloud infrastructure and
**HR API**
integrations.
**Who You Are (Requirements)**
* **Proven Finance Experience:**
3\+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Corporate Accountant, or a similar corporate finance role within a tech startup, digital agency, or global corporate service provider.
* **Advanced Tool Mastery:**
Expert\-level mastery of Microsoft Excel (advanced financial modeling, macros, and financial functions); strong familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) or cloud accounting software is a strong asset.
* **Analytical Precision:**
Strong understanding of corporate finance principles, international data structures, and multi\-currency reconciliations.
* **Excellent Communication:**
Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial data to cross\-functional leaders over remote channels.
* **Education:**
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; progress toward or completion of a professional track (ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) is highly valued.

* **Base Salary:**
**PKR 156,000 – PKR 205,000 per month**
