**Role Description**
We’re looking for a driven and customer\-focused Sales \& Finance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the financing and protection product process while maximizing profitability and ensuring a seamless purchase experience. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen, sales ability, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast\-paced dealership environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Present and arrange financing, leasing, and insurance options for customers
* Offer and explain F\&I products (extended warranties, insurances, protection packages, etc.)
* Work with lenders to secure competitive approvals and funding
* Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner
* Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners
* Collaborate with sales team to enhance the overall customer experience
* Track and achieve F\&I performance targets (penetration rates, gross profit, etc.)
* Stay current on industry regulations, compliance standards, and product offerings
**Qualifications:**
* Proven experience as a Finance Manager or F\&I Manager in automotive or powersports
* Strong understanding of credit, lending, and deal structuring
* High level of professionalism and customer service skills
* Results\-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Excellent communication and closing skills
* Detail\-oriented with strong organizational abilities
* Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is an asset; PBS and DealerVu preferred
