We are looking for a
**driven Finance \& HR Manager**
to join our team at Lundgren machinery!
In this role, you will take overall responsibility for our day\-to\-day financial operations while also managing our HR\- and personnel\-related activities. You will play a key role in ensuring that both our financial processes and people administration run smoothly as we continue to grow.
Lundgren Machinery is a Swedish engineering company specializing in automated, high‑quality solutions for case erecting, folding, and sealing, primarily for the food and pharmaceutical industries. **Your key responsibilities include:**
**\- Financial reporting, budgeting, and year\-end accounts**
**\- HR and personnel administration**
**\- Payroll management and compliance with labor regulations**
**\- Acting as a point of contact for employees regarding finance\- and HR\-related matters**
