Position: Finacle Test Lead
Experience: 8\-12 Years
Work Location: Sharjah
Skillset: Core baking Migration Experience, Finacle Core Banking, Finacle 11x.
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Job Description:
* Hands‑on experience with
**Finacle Core Banking (10\.x / 11\.x)**
.
* **Must have led at least one legacy‑to‑Finacle migration project**
.
* Strong domain knowledge in
**Retail/Corporate Banking**
.
* Expertise in
**data migration testing \& reconciliation**
.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
* Lead
**end‑to‑end testing**
for Core Banking migration to Finacle.
* Validate functional flows across CASA, TD, Loans, GL, Interest \& Charges.
* Coordinate with
**Business, IT, Vendors, and Program teams**
.
* Drive defect management, triage, and resolution.
