Ontime Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced Filipino Assistant/Registered Nurse with DHA license and pediatric experience to join our Homecare team. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Your expertise will be pivotal in delivering personalized healthcare services tailored to the unique needs of children. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients at home, including monitoring, medication administration, and health assessments * Assist with daily living activities and ensure adherence to care plans * Educate and support families on child health management and care techniques * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and manage patient needs effectively * Document patient progress, treatments, and any changes in condition accurately * Maintain a safe and hygienic homecare environment adhering to health standards * Respond promptly to emergency situations and follow established protocols **Requirements** * Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as an Assistant Nurse or Registered Nurse * Filipino nationality with pediatric nursing experience * Proven experience in pediatric homecare or similar settings * Strong clinical and assessment skills specific to pediatric care * Excellent communication skills with patients and families * Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations calmly * Compassionate, patient\-centered, and reliable professional * Knowledge of infection control and homecare safety standards * Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification * Willingness to travel to patient homes as required **Benefits** Salary \+ Benefits
