Our client Frontier Platinum Group is looking for a Field Sales Manager - Territory Strategy \& Client Engagement in Faisalabad, Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi

The Field Sales Manager at Frontier Platinum Group plays a vital role in driving revenue growth by overseeing the activities of outside sales representatives who engage with clients face-to-face within designated geographic areas. This position focuses on developing effective sales strategies, dividing market territories, and setting clear sales targets to maximize market coverage and achieve business objectives. Although this role does not include formal team management, it involves providing support and guidance to sales representatives to enhance their performance and foster strong customer relationships.

The Field Sales Manager uses customer relationship management systems and sales analytics to track performance metrics, forecast sales, and make data-driven decisions. Regular collaboration with sales representatives during client visits helps to negotiate deals and secure contracts, while continuous market analysis identifies opportunities and threats within the competitive landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential to support the sales team and contribute to the overall success of Frontier Platinum Group's field sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to specific territories to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Plan and organize market coverage by dividing regions into manageable zones and allocating them to sales representatives.
  • Support field sales representatives by providing coaching, motivation, and guidance to improve individual and team performance.
  • Monitor sales performance using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Accompany sales representatives on client meetings to assist with negotiations and help close significant sales contracts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and keep the sales team informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage customer data and sales reports to ensure accuracy and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product teams to align sales activities with broader company goals.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with remote or traveling sales staff to provide updates, feedback, and support.
  • Resolve escalated client complaints through effective negotiation and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Utilize sales forecasting techniques to predict future sales trends and plan resources accordingly.
