💼 Department: Sales Support

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field)

⏳ Experience: 2–4 Years in sales coordination, administration, or executive assistance

🚀 Location: Karachi

🚀 Salary: Based on experience

🔍 Position Overview:

In this unique role, you will be the backbone of daily operations—providing critical administrative, operational, and coordination support to the sales department while acting as the right hand to the CEO.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

📈 Sales Support:

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and business proposals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
  • Interpret and generate data from Excel to prepare monthly sales reports and presentations.
  • Maintain updated customer databases/CRM and support the team with follow-ups.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with accounts, logistics, and operations for flawless order execution.

🤝 Assistant to the CEO:

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft official correspondence, emails, reports, and letters on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Handle confidential company documents and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal departments, and external stakeholders.

⭐ What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Exceptional skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are a must!).
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM software is a strong advantage.
  • A highly organized, detail-oriented approach to handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination skills.
