F&B Commercial Manager - Hotels & Resorts

Olá Nata is en\-route to become the first global brand of one of the most iconic pastries in the World – the famous Pastel de Nata (Portuguese Custard Tart). As the F\&B Commercial Manager \- Hotels \& Resorts, you will take ownership of your industry segment and play a pivotal role in the growth of our brand by establishing commercial partnerships with Hotels \& Resorts, who will resell our multiple award winning pastry in their property bars, coffee shops and restaurants, as well as include our pastry in their own buffet menus and catering operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision\-makers and manage the entire end\-to\-end sales cycle; from introduction and pitching to closing deals and account management. **The Candidate:** * At least 3\-5 years experience in a commercial capacity within Hotels F\&B * Highly driven individual with the ability to operate in a proactive and autonomous manner * Very well connected with key decision makers in the UAE market * Excellent presentation and communication skills is a must\-have Salary \+ Bonus structure compatible with the candidate’s experience
