Role Description
Mani Ratna FIBC PVT LTD is seeking a full-time Export Sales Manager for an on-site role based in Surat. The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing global business opportunities, managing the international sales process, and building relationships with overseas clients and partners. Tasks will include business planning, market research, preparing export documentation, and negotiating contracts with international buyers. The role requires a hands-on approach to managing the export process and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Export processes, International Sales, and International Business operations
- Strong skills in Sales and Business Planning to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Experience in managing client relationships and negotiating international contracts
- Knowledge of export documentation and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and address challenges proactively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
