Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site export sales manager role based in Surat. The Export Sales Manager will develop and execute export sales strategies, focusing on target markets and key accounts in international regions such as the Middle East and other emerging markets. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing distributor and partner relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, and meeting sales volume and revenue targets. The role involves conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with internal teams in logistics, finance, and production to ensure timely order fulfillment and compliance with export regulations. The Export Sales Manager will also prepare presentations and proposals, participate in trade shows or virtual events, and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Sales and International Sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets in B2B environments.
  • Experience in Export and International Business, including familiarity with export documentation, international trade terms, and global distribution channels.
  • Business Planning skills, including the ability to develop market entry plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills with diverse international stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Experience in building materials, hardware, automation, or related product categories is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business needs require.
