The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, guest services, and ensuring a high standard of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, coordinating hiring and training, managing inventory, and upholding health and safety standards. The role also involves fostering team collaboration, monitoring performance, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest. **Qualifications** * Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and excellent Customer Service skills * Team management experience, including Hiring, training, and supervision * Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills * Thorough knowledge of Food \& Beverage operations and industry standards * Proven ability to manage a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple priorities * Leadership abilities with problem\-solving and organizational skills * Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role * A background in restaurant operations and a strong passion for food and culture
