Job Description
  • Good Computer navigation skills, keyboarding skills
  • Should be familiar with MS Office
  • Typing speed must be between 30-35 wpm with 95% accuracy
  • Possesses necessary knowledge of business concepts to effectively perform the job
  • Makes decisions in a timely manner; shows good judgment about when to make decisions independently and when to collect more information or involve others.
  • Commits to achieving specific objectives and takes ownership for accomplishing them.

Education Requirements

Graduate with at least 15 years of education.

Work Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of Webchat experience is must. Candidates with voice background \& prior, web chat experience in preferable UK insurance or else US experience will be preferred, or experience of Webchat/e-mailing process with more than 1 concurrency, flexi shift and weekend working is most desirable.
