Medanta is constantly growing including launch of 'out\-of\-hospital' divisions which are comprehensive homecare services, pathology and pharmacy. **Location : Gurgaon** **Work Days : 6 days (Work from Office)** **Job Purpose:** To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction **Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls to patients discharged from Medanta hospitals to inform them about available Homecare services (nursing, physiotherapy, medical equipment, remote monitoring, etc.) * Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about Medanta Homecare offerings. * Pitch appropriate homecare products and services based on patient needs and medical condition. * Maintain excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism while interacting with patients and families. * Achieve daily/weekly call targets and revenue conversion goals. * Record call details, patient interactions, and follow\-ups accurately in the CRM system. * Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams for smooth service on boarding of patients. * Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality through effective engagement. **Desired Skills :** * Good communication skills — both verbal and written * Great interpersonal skills and team work ability * Good analytical skills and quick thinking * Dedication and passion to meet and exceed customer expectations — both internal and external * Positive, pro\-active, motivated with “can\-do” attitude **Qualifications:** 1\+ years of experience in sales/healthcare/service industry/BPO **Interested candidates to share their CVs at disha.gupta@medanta.org**
