We have hospitals in Gurgaon (Delhi NCR),Noida,, Lucknow, Patna, Indore \& Ranchi. In addition, we have clinics in Defence Colony (South Delhi), Cybercity (Gurgaon), Subhash Chowk (Gurgaon), Golfcourse Road (Gurgaon) and at the Delhi Airports. Our latest addition is a multi\-super specialty hospital in Noida (Delhi NCR). We further plan to scale up our existing facilities and also expand into few more geographical areas. Medanta is constantly growing including launch of 'out\-of\-hospital' divisions which are comprehensive homecare services, pathology and pharmacy. **Location : Gurgaon** **Work Days : 6 days (Work from Office)** **Job Purpose:** To ensure seamless Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction **Responsibilities** * Make outbound calls to patients discharged from Medanta hospitals to inform them about available Homecare services (nursing, physiotherapy, medical equipment, remote monitoring, etc.) * Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about Medanta Homecare offerings. * Pitch appropriate homecare products and services based on patient needs and medical condition. * Maintain excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism while interacting with patients and families. * Achieve daily/weekly call targets and revenue conversion goals. * Record call details, patient interactions, and follow\-ups accurately in the CRM system. * Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams for smooth service on boarding of patients. * Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and service quality through effective engagement. **Desired Skills :** * Good communication skills — both verbal and written * Great interpersonal skills and team work ability * Good analytical skills and quick thinking * Dedication and passion to meet and exceed customer expectations — both internal and external * Positive, pro\-active, motivated with “can\-do” attitude **Qualifications:** 1\+ years of experience in sales/healthcare/service industry/BPO **Interested candidates to share their CVs at disha.gupta@medanta.org**
