Executive - National Identity & Community Outreach - (UAEN) -Immediate

Job Description Aldar Education is currently seeking an outstanding National Identity \& Community Outreach Executive (UAE National) for Mamoura British Academy in Abu Dhabi for immediate start.

Responsibilities

Main duties:

National Identity Leadership Lead the integration and promotion of UAE National Identity, heritage, and values across the organization.

Community Outreach Strategy

• Develop and implement structured outreach programs that strengthen relationships with parents, local authorities, and community partners.

Stakeholder \& Government Liaison

• Serve as the key contact for community-related initiatives and relevant government-led programs.

Event \& Cultural Program Oversight

• Oversee planning and execution of national events and culturally significant initiatives.

Governance \& Compliance

• Ensure all activities align with regulatory expectations (e.g., ADEK / MoE) and internal AE standards.

Specific Duties:

National Identity \& Cultural Integration

• Coordinate annual calendar of UAE national events (National Day, Flag Day, Commemoration Day, etc.).
• Embed Emirati cultural elements within school programs and activities.
• Support curriculum teams in integrating National Identity themes.
• Monitor National Identity compliance indicators and prepare reports.

Community Outreach \& Engagement

• Build partnerships with local government entities, NGOs, and community groups.
• Organize volunteering and community service initiatives.
• Facilitate parent and student participation in outreach programs.
• Track participation metrics and community impact.

Emiratization \& Cultural Awareness Support

• Collaborate with HR / P\&C to support Emiratization initiatives.
• Organize cultural awareness workshops for expatriate staff.
• Support engagement with national talent programs where applicable.
• Events \& Representation
• Represent the organization at cultural and community events.
• Coordinate participation in government initiatives.
• Ensure branding and messaging reflect UAE values and heritage.
• Reporting \& Administration
• Maintain documentation of all initiatives and partnerships.
• Prepare quarterly reports for leadership.
• Manage allocated budgets related to outreach and National Identity activities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Education, or related field.

Minimum Experience

• 3-5 years experience in community engagement, Government relations, or Public relations.
• School experience is a plus.

Job Specific Knowledge \& Skills

• UAE National, with strong understanding of national identity, culture, and traditions.
• Good understanding of UAE regulatory environment (ADEK/KHDA/MOE).
• Ability to prioritise projects and tasks, and to respond to simultaneous requests from various areas.
• Ability to initiate and manage change in the work environment.
• Ability to identify problems, achieve effective solutions, resolve conflict, motivate staff and foster collaboration, and promote sound decision making.
• Flexibility, patience and egalitarian approach.
