Job Description

* Coordinate with Stores, Product/QC departments, and support teams to address customer complaints and queries
* Communicate directly with customers via calls and emails to resolve issues and handle exceptional cases
* Manage and track inventory at the location, including receiving, internal transfers, and dispatch to warehouses or branches
* Prepare and share daily and weekly dashboards covering customer complaints, queries, feedback, and performance analysis
* Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and dispatch of articles
* Maintain and update CRM database, including customer profiles, complaints, and query records
* Assist in preparing monthly scorecards for Customer Relationship Executives (CRE)
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree
* 2 \- 3 years of relevant work experience
