We’re partnering with the CEO of a well\-established steady growth health tech company to appoint an
**Executive Director of Sales**
. This role reflects the importance of this hire in the company’s next phase of growth.
The organization has built strong traction within complex healthcare environments and is known for its stability, and thoughtful growth. This is an opportunity to step into a senior individual contributor role with meaningful ownership and long\-term upside.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute a strategic approach to building pipeline and driving new business
* A high focus on self\-sourced, net new opportunities
* Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from initial engagement through close
* Lead high\-value sales efforts across large, complex organizations, including insurers, health systems, and related enterprises
* Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver a high\-quality client experience
* Contribute to go\-to\-market strategy and overall commercial growth
**Qualifications**
* 7–15 years of enterprise software sales experience with a consistent track record of performance
* Demonstrated success in sourcing and developing new business opportunities
* Experience selling to organizations responsible for healthcare financing and administration like health plans. Experience primarily focused on provider organizations is less aligned with this role.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem\-solving skills
* A thoughtful, relationship\-driven approach and long\-term mindset
**Compensation \& Structure**
* Base salary: $160,000 – $175,000
* On\-target earnings: $360,000 – $375,000 (uncapped)
* Annual new business quota: $1M (ramped in year one)
* Additional long\-term incentive opportunities available for high\-impact hires
