We move fast, think big, and operate on a global scale. **About the Role:** We are looking for a highly organised, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chairman directly. This is not a typical admin role, you will be the right hand of a leader who runs one of Pakistan's most ambitious conglomerates. You will manage the Chairman's world: his time, his communications, his logistics, and everything in between. If you thrive under pressure, love keeping things moving, and can stay composed in a fast\-paced international environment, this role was built for you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Calendar \& Schedule Management Own and manage the Chairman's calendar across multiple time zones, coordinate internal and external meetings, avoid conflicts, and ensure the Chairman's time is always protected and prioritised. * Communications Handling Screen, filter, draft, and manage correspondence on behalf of the Chairman, including emails and messages from domestic and international partners, ensuring timely, professional responses. * Travel \& Logistics Coordination Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodation, visas, and ground logistics. Accompany the Chairman on business trips as required. * Meeting Preparation \& Follow\-through Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and summaries ahead of key meetings. Track action items and follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely completion. * Administrative \& Operational Support Handle day\-to\-day administrative tasks, manage confidential information with discretion, and act as a reliable point of coordination between the Chairman's office and the wider organisation. **What We're Looking For:** • Exceptional command of written and spoken English • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and strong multitasking ability • Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in handling confidential matters • Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, high\-pressure environment with shifting priorities • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required • A self\-starter who takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged • Experience level is open, we care more about the right fit than years on a CV **What You'll Get** A front\-row seat to how a global conglomerate operates.
