We are seeking a proactive, organized, and versatile Business Associate to work directly with the Director across operations, executive support, business projects, and recruitment coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the Director's schedule, communications, and daily priorities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and business briefings.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director.
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up across departments.
Operations \& Process Improvement
- Support factory and operational activities.
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
- Assist during organizational transitions and change initiatives.
- Conduct field visits when required to support operational or business needs.
Research \& Business Projects
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, vendors, and market opportunities.
- Support strategic discussions with research-backed insights and recommendations.
- Assist in preparing business cases, proposals, feasibility studies, and special projects.
- Provide support on external business initiatives as assigned by the Director.
Recruitment Coordination
- Assist with posting job openings on relevant platforms.
- Coordinate candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation for new hires.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience; strong fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, vigilant, and capable of working independently.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
- Confident in sharing ideas while maintaining professionalism and humility.
- Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and able to perform effectively under pressure.

Other Details:
Location: Lahore (Raiwind,Bahria Town, Lake City, Bahria Orchid)
Timings: Monday-Saturday (9am - 5pm)
