Our client Agay Barho is looking for a Executive Assistant to CEO in Karachi The Executive Assistant acts as the CEO's right hand, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective management of the executive office’s logistical needs. This role does not involve managing a team but requires independent initiative and a strong follow\-up approach to track ongoing tasks and projects. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Exceptional communication, interpersonal abilities, and attention to detail are critical to successfully coordinating complex meeting schedules, travel itineraries, and confidential documents. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the CEO’s operational efficiency, enabling strategic focus on key business matters. **Responsibilities** Key Responsibilities CEO Support \& Calendar Management. * Manage CEO’s schedule, meetings, travel, and priorities * Prepare meeting briefs, summaries, and follow\-up trackers * Filter calls and correspondence * Ensure timely follow\-up on commitments Business \& Administrative Management * Draft professional emails and correspondence * Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders * Track deliverables across departments * Prepare presentations and reports Microsoft Excel \& Reporting * Create and manage dashboards * Maintain financial trackers and project sheets * Perform data analysis and generate summaries * Organize MIS reporting AI \& Productivity Tools * Use ChatGPT effectively for drafting, structuring, summarizing, and research * Automate repetitive tasks using AI where applicable * Improve workflow efficiency using digital tools Confidential \& Strategic Work * Handle sensitive documents * Maintain discretion in business and personal matters * Assist in research for investments, projects, and negotiations **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). * Minimum 3–5 years experience as Executive Assistant / Senior PA * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards) * Excellent written and spoken English * Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools for business purposes * Strong organizational and follow\-up skills
