* Constructed Traction Sub Station, Sub Section Posts. * Had responsibilities like Resource management, sub\-contractor management, and site management * Coordinate work execution and client certification * Always ensured safe working practices and adhered to company guidelines. * Worked to please the client and aimed to achieve 100% client satisfaction. * Executing \& Supervision of Building Construction, Concreting, Piling, Excavation, Backfilling, Plastering, Brick work Masonry, Conducting Survey, Levelling, Road Works, Drain, Trench etc. * Prepare construction method statements, work methods and Obtain approval for the methods. * Prepare the theoretical cycle time for the activities. * Conduct S/C workmen training \& trade test and conduct regular pep talk at site for quality \& safety. * Execute work as per approved method statements / work methods. * Supervision of the working labour to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality \& safety. * Prepare schedule of materials/ plant requirement. * Prepare S/c \& client measurements on time. * Reconciliation of Materials.
