Role Description
We are seeking energetic, field-based Enumerators to join the Beyopaari onboarding team.
This is a full-time, on-ground role where you will visit shops in your assigned bazaar/market and help shopkeepers create their free digital storefront on Beyopaari.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Visit shops within your assigned market (e.g., Shah Alam, Hall Road, Liberty Market, Raja Bazaar, Bolton Market, etc., depending on city)
Explain the Beyopaari platform to shopkeepers in simple terms — what it does and how it helps their business get found by buyers
Guide shop owners through the sign-up process and help them complete the "Open a Shop" form on their own phone
Collect accurate shop details: name (English \& Urdu), category, address, WhatsApp number, and photos
Ensure every submission meets the Beyopaari quality checklist (clear photo, complete description, correct category, valid contact number) before it is sent for review
Maintain a daily log of shops visited, onboarded, and pending
Report daily/weekly progress to your City Team Lead or Province Manager
Represent Beyopaari and Prepreneurship professionally — maintaining honesty, accuracy, and good relations with shopkeepers
Compensation Structure
This role is performance-based:
₨70 for every shop you onboard that is verified and approved by the Beyopaari admin team (goes "Live" on the platform)
Payments are processed once a shop completes admin review — average onboarding-to-approval time is 1–2 days
High performers may be considered for Team Lead and City Manager roles, which include a fixed monthly stipend plus team-based incentives
No investment or fee required from the Enumerator at any stage
Qualifications
Comfortable traveling daily within your assigned city's bazaars/markets
Basic smartphone proficiency — can use WhatsApp, take clear photos, and fill simple online forms
Strong communication skills in Urdu (and local language where relevant); basic English is a plus
Confident approaching shopkeepers and explaining a new concept clearly and politely
Attention to detail — able to verify information and spot incomplete/incorrect data
Self-motivated and target-driven; able to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior experience in field sales, surveys, canvassing, or door-to-door work is an advantage
Minimum age 18; intermediate education or above preferred
