We are currently supporting a senior\-level opportunity for an
**Enterprise Sales Director**
within the SaaS space in the UAE.
This is a strategic leadership role for a commercially strong individual who can own enterprise growth, lead complex sales cycles, and drive revenue across large, high\-value accounts while managing and developing a high\-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and deliver enterprise revenue targets and forecasting
* Define and execute enterprise sales strategy for the UAE market
* Lead high\-value, complex deal cycles with senior stakeholders and decision\-makers
* Build and grow strategic enterprise accounts and long\-term partnerships
* Manage, coach, and develop a sales team to drive performance
* Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
* Collaborate cross\-functionally with internal teams to support growth and delivery
* Continuously improve sales processes to support scalability and performance
Requirements
* 12\+ years of SaaS sales experience
* Strong background in enterprise sales, including senior leadership responsibility
* Proven experience managing and leading a sales team
* Strong track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets
* Experience engaging with C\-level stakeholders and large organisations
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship\-building skills
* Strategic mindset with a strong hunter mentality
