Requirements **Key Skills** * Strong understanding of the American curriculum and ability to adapt it to meet students' needs in an international context. * Expertise in developing and organizing engaging lesson plans that are clear, focused, and achievable within the academic year. * Proficiency in maintaining a positive classroom environment through effective behaviour management techniques and fostering a respectful, collaborative atmosphere. * Ability to tailor teaching strategies and materials to support various learning styles, abilities, and cultural backgrounds, ensuring all students achieve their potential. * Skilled in assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and utilizing assessment data to guide instructional planning and identify individual learning needs. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
