This isn't your typical "stand\-and\-lecture" role. We do things differently here. The Role: Beyond the Podium At The Lab School, we believe in meeting students where they are. While our class sizes are small—capped at 15 students—the role is fast\-paced and highly rewarding. You won’t just be teaching a curriculum; you’ll be managing a vibrant ecosystem where all 15 students might be on different book series or chapters at the same time. What You’ll Be Doing: The Ultimate Facilitator: Guiding individual learning journeys while stepping in as a traditional teacher when the moment calls for it. Multi\-Tasking Pro: Staying vigilant and responsible for tracking diverse progress levels within a single classroom. Holistic Instruction: Moving seamlessly across all four domains—Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing. Who You Are: Energetic \& Vigilant: You have the stamina to keep up with middle schoolers and the "radar" to ensure no student is left behind. Proficient: You possess a mastery of the English language and can inspire that same passion in your students.
