Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Language Instructor for a full-time, on-site position in Kallar Syedan. The primary responsibilities include delivering high-quality English language instruction to individuals and groups, preparing lesson plans tailored to students' needs, fostering a supportive learning environment, and evaluating students' progress. The instructor will engage learners of various age groups and skill levels, ensuring that sessions are interactive, engaging, and aligned with the Berlitz teaching method.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication and teaching skills, including spoken and written proficiency
- Experience in planning and organizing lessons, tailoring instruction to diverse learning needs
- Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment
- Cross-cultural understanding and adaptability to work with learners from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in assessing and monitoring student performance to ensure continuous improvement
- Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA) are highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field is beneficial
- Prior teaching experience, especially in ESL/EFL, is an advantage
