Engineer - Site Reliability

**Overview** Junior Site Reliability Engineer (1–3 Years Experience) **Responsibilities** Assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines across Azure DevOps, GitHub, and GitLab Automate routine operational and deployment tasks using Ansible and scripting (Bash/Python) Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementations using Terraform on Azure Cloud Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and OpenShift Perform system administration tasks across Linux and Windows environments, including troubleshooting infrastructure and network issues Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using logging and alerting tools Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline release processes and improve deployment efficiency Maintain and update technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures Handle client interactions and support requests with a calm, professional, and solution\-oriented approach, including during high\-pressure or escalated situations **Qualifications** **Technical Skills:** **Cloud:** Azure **CI/CD:** Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI **Containers \& Orchestration:** Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift **Infrastructure as Code:** Terraform **Configuration Management:** Ansible **Operating Systems:** Linux, Windows **Scripting:** Bash, Python (basic) **Monitoring \& Logging:** (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK – optional) **Nice To Have** Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, Load Balancing, VPCs) Familiarity with security best practices and secrets management Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
