This is a full\-time, in\-person position. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, analyze, and respond to potential changes received from subcontractors. * Analyze data to provide tactful methods of issue resolution. * Communicate with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate responses. * Understand and comply with owner requirements for receipt and submission of information. * Review, update, and ensure accuracy of MEP manifest billing. * Gain exposure to subcontractor cashflows and owner billing processes. * Be mindful of company and project risk when addressing issues. * Approach internal and external conflict with logic and maintain a calm, professional attitude. **Qualifications** Required: * Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a quantitative\-related field. * Outstanding communication, time management, and computer skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
