Emiratisation Manager

With an impressive client roster that includes luxury hotels, malls, hospitals, and airports in the UAE, Valtrans offers a variety of services such as valet parking, car park management, and traffic management. **Role Description** The Emiratisation Manager will lead initiatives to attract, recruit, and retain UAE National talent, ensuring compliance with local Emiratisation policies and promoting inclusivity within the organization. This full\-time, on\-site role based in Dubai involves collaborating with department heads, developing talent acquisition strategies, creating training programs, and implementing effective career development plans for Emirati employees. The role also includes monitoring progress against Emiratisation objectives and serving as an advisor for fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. **Qualifications** * Strong understanding of local labor laws, Emiratisation policies, and talent acquisition strategies * Proficiency in designing and implementing employee training and career development programs * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities * Proven experience in conducting recruitment drives and talent pipelines for UAE Nationals * Strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor progress and improve processes * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field * Prior experience in managing Emiratisation programs is preferred * Fluency in English and Arabic is required
