About the Opportunity: The Education Specialist, Mathematics role is designed to drive the adoption and success of math education programs in U.S. schools. This position focuses on transforming how teachers approach math instruction by providing personalized coaching, professional development, and ongoing support. The role is essential for fostering meaningful classroom impact, building relationships with educators and school leaders, and contributing to the growth of the organization’s programs in the U.S. market. 3\. Responsibilities: • Serve as a Math Success specialist, transforming teachers’ approaches to math instruction • Design and deliver tailored professional development and coaching plans for schools and teachers • Provide classroom coaching through observations, live modeling, and feedback • Promote instructional shifts toward student\-centered thinking classrooms • Drive measurable outcomes including teacher confidence and student engagement • Lead hands\-on, math\-focused professional development sessions and workshops • Act as a trusted advisor supporting educators through challenges and growth • Build and maintain a community of math educators within the region • Travel 30 to 50 percent of the time to schools and districts 4\. Requirements: • Strong background in math and teaching, preferably with elementary math teaching experience • Passion for applying research\-based methods to improve classroom learning • Experience building relationships and generating opportunities with district\-level administrators or equivalents • Effective communication skills for educator\-to\-educator engagement • Hands\-on, proactive approach suited for an early\-stage, fast\-paced environment • Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with ambiguity and innovation • Willingness to travel regionally to visit schools and classrooms 5\. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 base salary, with on\-target earnings of $105,000 and uncapped upside • 401(k) plan with 5% company match • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 100% premium coverage for the employee 6\.
