Editor, Audiobooks – Northern Europe

We are now growing our world-class Audiobook editorial team, looking for individuals who can connect amazing stories with the just right moods, moments and genres to listeners who will love them.

Spotify is seeking an Editor, Audiobooks – Northern Europe to join our Audiobooks team. In this role, you will build and develop editorial programming across key Northern European markets, including the Netherlands and the Nordic region, with a focus on non-English language storefronts. You will grow your experience of strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams to support key marketing campaigns and celebrate unique cultural moments.

The right candidate has a solid grounding in books editorial and/or bookselling, has gained hands-on experience with digital content, and is developing a deep understanding of the publishing industry with a genuine passion for all things books. You'll be fluent in Dutch and have a deep knowledge of Dutch culture and the Dutch publishing landscape. Fluency in an additional Nordic language, such as Swedish or Danish, would be a bonus. You'll be organised, a strong communicator, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment working alongside a variety of teams and partners.
