**AED 10,000 – AED 11,000 per month**
**Job Purpose**
The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing key online customer relationships and driving sales growth across strategic eCommerce platforms. The role focuses on achieving revenue and profitability targets, managing online accounts such as Amazon and D2C platforms, and implementing digital marketing and trade strategies to strengthen brand presence across the Middle East.
**Key Responsibilities**
eCommerce Account Management
* Manage key online strategic accounts including
**Amazon, D2C webstore, and other online retail partners**
in line with business strategy.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual
**sales and profitability targets**
for online accounts.
* Develop and share demand forecasts with management to ensure effective inventory planning.
* Ensure product availability and timely deliveries to online partners.
* Monitor and ensure
**timely collection of payments**
within agreed credit periods.
* Manage settlement of promotional schemes within agreed timelines.
Sales Performance \& Reporting
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, stock levels, and online trends.
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance and share insights with management.
Online Marketing \& Brand Management
* Collaborate with the marketing team to execute
**online campaigns, promotions, and product launches**
.
* Ensure brand guidelines and product content are accurately maintained across all eCommerce platforms.
* Manage product listings and updates for new and existing products.
Channel Development
* Support online trade marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales performance.
* Drive customer engagement and demand generation across online channels.
**Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
**Experience**
* Minimum
**3\+ years of experience in eCommerce management**
.
* Experience managing
**Amazon, brand.com or other online marketplaces**
.
* Experience in
**consumer electronics or FMCG**
industries is an advantage.
