**Job Description** We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Duty Manager to join our team in Bheemunipatnam, India. In this pivotal role, you'll be the operational backbone of our organization, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments while delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Duty Manager, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands\-on leadership, managing daily operations with efficiency, transparency, and a genuine commitment to excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for a resilient and organized professional who thrives in fast\-paced environments and is passionate about driving operational success. * Coordinate and liaise with all departments to ensure smooth, synchronized operations and effective communication across the organization * Welcome and personally escort VIP guests; authorize courtesies and oversee VIP room inspections in collaboration with Housekeeping * Maintain and regularly update comprehensive guest profiles to anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively * Supervise the Front Office team with assertive yet supportive leadership; conduct daily briefings and monitor adherence to service standards * Manage guest check\-in and check\-out processes to ensure efficient, professional, and personalized experiences * Address guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and tact; ensure timely follow\-up and satisfactory resolution * Analyze rate variances, billing instructions, and guest credit information to maintain revenue control and accuracy * Oversee lobby and driveway operations, prioritizing accessibility, safety, and guest comfort * Manage full\-house situations and coordinate guest relocations with flexibility and decisiveness * Log, report, and respond to all security incidents and emergencies; ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols * Conduct Night Audit processes and verify compliance with organizational standards * Communicate key operational updates, guest feedback, and performance metrics to senior management * Maintain current knowledge of hotel facilities, food and beverage outlets, and emergency procedures **Qualifications** * Proven previous experience as a Duty Manager, preferably within a hospitality or hotel environment * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport with guests and colleagues at all levels * Demonstrated problem\-solving abilities and confident conflict resolution skills in challenging situations * Strong time management and multitasking capabilities in a dynamic, fast\-paced service environment * High attention to detail with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding service quality * Leadership and team supervision experience with the ability to motivate and support staff * Knowledge of guest relations, VIP management, and revenue control principles * Familiarity with hotel operations, including rooms division coordination and emergency procedures * Experience with Opera Property Management System (PMS) is preferred * First Aid and CPR certification is advantageous * Analytical mindset with the ability to review operational data and make informed decisions * Flexible approach to work schedules, including availability for shift work and on\-call duties
