Role Description Software Developer (.NET Full Stack)
Experience: 5+ Years
Education: B.E. / B.Tech
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and user requirements to design effective technical solutions.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following development best practices.
- Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and resolution of application issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
- Support application deployments, production releases, and post-release activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation as needed.
Required Skills \& Experience
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Core 6+, C#, and ASP.NET Web API.
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing Microservices-based applications.
- Experience with Azure services and cloud-native application development.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka is preferred.
- Exposure to Java, Spring Boot, HTML5, and C++ is an added advantage.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and SDLC practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the financial services domain is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.
