Job Description
We are looking to connect with legal professionals with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution and litigation.
Location: Dadar, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee litigation and dispute matters across courts, tribunals, and regulatory forums in India and overseas, as applicable.
- Liaise with external counsel and monitor case strategy, filings, hearings, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather facts, documents, and inputs for litigation matters.
- Monitor litigation risks, maintain case dashboards, and provide periodic updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with court orders, regulatory directions, and internal legal processes.
- Draft contracts from scratch and develop, maintain, and standardise contract templates.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and matters pertaining to the role.
