IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Enable PTCL's business growth and transformation by leading talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives that ensure the timely availability of high-quality talent, strengthen the company's position as an employer of choice, and build sustainable talent pipelines for future capability requirements.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Develop and execute PTCL's talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business priorities, workforce requirements, and organizational objectives. Build sustainable talent pipelines for critical, specialist, and leadership positions to ensure timely fulfillment of current and future talent needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment function by establishing robust governance frameworks, service standards, and performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, digitalization, and analytics to enhance hiring quality, candidate experience, stakeholder satisfaction, and recruitment turnaround times.
  • Develop and implement future talent initiatives through strategic partnerships with universities, professional institutions, and industry networks. Lead emerging talent programs to create sustainable talent pipelines and strengthen PTCL's future workforce capabilities.
  • Promote internal career opportunities and talent movement across PTCL by enhancing visibility of vacancies, enabling career progression, and supporting internal talent deployment. Partner with relevant stakeholders to maximize internal talent utilization.
  • Establish robust assessment and selection methodologies that ensure alignment with organizational values, leadership expectations, and capability requirements. Strengthen leadership and critical talent hiring through structured assessment frameworks and evidence-based selection practices.
  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles across talent acquisition practices by implementing diverse sourcing strategies, expanding access to underrepresented talent pools, and supporting achievement of organizational diversity objectives.
  • Develop and execute PTCL's Employer Value Proposition and employer branding strategy to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Enhance market visibility through recruitment marketing, digital engagement, employee advocacy, strategic partnerships, and external talent engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with BGPs and business leaders to provide talent market insights, sourcing intelligence, workforce trends, and hiring recommendations. Support informed decision-making by identifying talent risks, market opportunities, and innovative attraction strategies.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team by fostering a high-performance culture, building functional capability, and driving continuous improvement to deliver exceptional business outcomes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Recruitment Operations, Talent Strategy, or related areas within large and complex organizations.
