Success in this role means delivering durable business impact while building a high-performing and inclusive organization.

You will report into a Senior Director on our Dasher & Logistics team in our Strategy & Operations organization. We expect this role to be hybrid with some time in-office and some time remote.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Define the strategy for your organization and translate it into clear goals, measurable milestones, and accountable owners
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations leaders to align on priorities and deliver shared outcomes
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex issues, proactively identify risks, and adjust plans to keep goals on track
  • Build and develop a team of leaders, creating clarity, accountability, and strong engagement across your organization

We’re excited about you because…

  • You have 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, technology, finance, or a related field, and experience leading managers or senior leaders
  • You have owned large, complex business areas with clear accountability for financial and operational results
  • You have experience building data-driven strategies and translating insights into measurable execution plans
  • You are comfortable influencing senior executives and aligning cross-functional partners around shared goals
  • You have experience building and developing high-performing, inclusive teams
