Role Overview
We're hiring a full-time, remote Sales Specialist to own the front lines of our customer relationships. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients—answering questions about our peptide and hormone therapy offerings, guiding customers through the enrollment journey, and converting interest into long-term patients. Beyond day-to-day selling, you'll help design, document, and refine the sales processes and flows that scale our growth.
This role is ideal for someone who blends consultative sales skill with a genuine interest in health, wellness, and longevity, and who thrives in a fast-moving, build-as-you-go environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound sales inquiries across phone, email, chat, and SMS.
- Answer customer questions about peptide therapy, HRT/TRT, treatment options, pricing, the telehealth process, and what to expect—accurately and within compliance guidelines.
- Guide prospective patients through intake, consultation booking, and onboarding, removing friction at every step.
- Build, document, and continuously improve sales processes, scripts, workflows, and follow-up sequences.
- Manage a pipeline of leads in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate status tracking.
- Re-engage past and lapsed patients to drive refills, renewals, and reactivations.
- Hit and exceed monthly conversion, retention, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and operations teams to align messaging and hand-offs.
- Surface customer feedback and objections to help refine offerings, pricing, and positioning.
- Maintain strict adherence to telehealth, privacy (HIPAA), and advertising compliance standards.
What You Bring
- 2+ years in sales, preferably in telehealth, healthcare, wellness, supplements, or a related consultative environment, including 1+ years selling peptides and/or hormone therapy (HRT/TRT).
- Working knowledge of (or strong ability to quickly learn) peptides, hormone therapy, and longevity/optimization concepts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience building or improving sales processes, flows, and scripts—not just executing them.
- Comfort with CRM tools and sales/automation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain clinical concepts in clear, approachable language.
- Self-directed and disciplined, with the ability to thrive in a remote, autonomous environment.
- A consultative, patient-first mindset—comfortable selling without overpromising, and respectful of compliance boundaries.
Nice to Have
- Existing familiarity with compounded medications and the 503A/503B pharmacy landscape.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Personal interest in fitness, health optimization, or longevity.
