Best Western Premier Chateau Granville Hotel \& Suites Director of Sales   *Vancouver, BC \| Full\-Time, Permanent* About Us The Best Western Premier Chateau Granville is a 118\-room hotel located at 1100 Granville Street in the heart of downtown Vancouver. We offer a personalized alternative to the larger chain hotels, with a focus on consistent service and direct relationships with our guests and corporate partners. The Role As a key member of the hotel leadership team, the Director of Sales has accountability for revenue generation and the marketing efforts of the property. This is a hands\-on, proactive role suited to someone who builds real relationships and drives measurable results. Responsibilities •    Develop and execute an annual sales plan targeting corporate transient, group, and banquet segments •    Proactively solicit new business through sales calls, prospecting, site inspections, and industry events including out of town travel when necessary •    Attending Best Western events where appropriate •    Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel trade partners •    Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities; negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients •    Represent the hotel at Destination Vancouver and relevant industry events Qualifications •    Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or director\-level role •    Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets •    Experience with PMS/CRM systems; familiarity with Best Western or branded hotel systems an asset •    Strong knowledge of the Vancouver corporate and group market •    Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills; self\-motivated with a results\-oriented mindset What We Offer •    Competitive base salary \+ performance incentive •    Extended health and dental benefits •    Direct access to ownership and leadership To apply, please visit: https://www.chateaugranville.com/careers
