**Role Description**
The Director of Sales and Business Development will oversee the strategic direction and execution of sales and business growth initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, developing relationships with key clients, leading sales teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to align business strategies and maintain operational excellence. This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in Dubai.
**What You'll Do**
* Define and execute a go\-to\-market strategy for Innobayt's full portfolio of services (AI/ML, Cloud, IoT, App Development, Cybersecurity).
* Own the full sales cycle \- from lead generation and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
* Build, mentor, and scale a results\-oriented sales team.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries such as government, energy sector, healthcare and financial services within the GCC region.
* Manage and grow key enterprise accounts, acting as a strategic advisor to C\-level stakeholders.
* Establish and refine sales processes, CRM discipline, pipeline management, and forecasting.
* Represent Innobayt at industry events, conferences, and networking forums across the MENA region.
* Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technology demand to inform strategy.
**What We're Looking For**
* 8\+ years of B2B sales experience in software development, IT services, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets selling services such as cloud solutions, AI/ML, or enterprise applications.
* Deep understanding of the technology services sales cycle, including solution selling, value\-based selling, and consultative approaches.
* Strong network and relationships within the UAE and wider GCC enterprise market.
* Experience selling into sectors like government, semi\-government, banking, healthcare, or large\-scale private enterprise is a strong plus.
* Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non\-technical decision\-makers.
* Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating in a fast\-paced, scaling environment where you'll build processes from the ground up.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
