Prodesse Health is recruiting a Director of Nursing for a new project with a leading private hospital group in Saudi Arabia — a rare opportunity to shape nursing strategy and standards from the ground up.

▪️ BSN minimum; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration strongly preferred

▪️ Minimum 10 years' nursing leadership/management experience, including senior/executive-level roles

▪️ Proven track record leading nursing operations at scale — new-build or major expansion project experience a strong advantage

▪️ Sets nursing strategy and standards, represents nursing at executive/board level, drives quality and accreditation, leads and develops nursing management teams

💰 From SAR 45,000/month (approx. USD 12,000 / ZAR 191,500 / GBP 8,830)
