Overview

Lead MAV Beauty’s international growth by building high-impact distributor partnerships and executing best-in-class commercial strategies. This role oversees global sales performance, market expansion strategy, and disciplined end-to-end execution across portfolio, pricing, and brand activation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive International Growth:

Develop and execute sales, marketing, and commercial strategies with new and existing global distributors to deliver revenue and market share growth.

  • Partner Leadership \& Planning:

Co-create annual business plans (sales targets, portfolio mix, pricing, promotions) aligned with corporate objectives.

  • P\&L Ownership:

Manage account-level profitability, including pricing, trade spend, and marketing investments optimization.

  • Performance \& Market Insights:

Leverage sell-in/sell-out, inventory, and pricing data to identify opportunities while managing FX exposure.

  • Portfolio \& Launch Execution:

Lead global product launches and ongoing portfolio optimization to maximize performance and relevance.

  • Brand Excellence:

Ensure consistent global brand execution, including asset deployment and localization.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership:

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Regulatory, and NPD to drive executional excellence.

  • Sales Operations:

Oversee forecasting, demand planning, and end-to-end order management.

  • Key Market Oversight (Mexico):

Manage A\&P investment, distributor relationships, and in-market brand-building initiatives (media, PR, influencer, events).

  • Industry Engagement:

Represent MAV Beauty at international trade shows and support new business development.

What You Bring

  • Proven track record managing international distributors and driving growth across multiple markets
  • Experience scaling brands in international markets, Beauty/ CPG preferred
  • Strong negotiation and commercial deal-making skills, including pricing, trade spend and marketing investment
  • Strong financial acumen with P\&L accountability
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution, translate insights into action and deliver with discipline
  • Cross-functional leadership and execution mindset
  • Spanish proficiency is required
