**Director of Inside Sales!**
This is a pivotal, senior leadership hire \- reporting directly to the CEO (Canada) \- at a defining moment in the company’s growth journey.
This isn’t a
*“manage from behind a desk”*
kind of role.
We’re looking for a hands\-on Inside Sales Director to lead a high\-energy outbound sales floor of 80\+ sales reps and 6 managers across Toronto and Vancouver.
You’ll be the person setting the pace, driving performance, improving call quality, and building a culture where standards are high and results are even higher!
**Day to Day**
* Owning the inside sales engine \- outbound campaigns, inbound lead flow, data, and performance
* Driving more appointments, better quality meetings, and stronger conversion rates
* Coaching managers and reps in real time \- live call listening, floor walks, interventions
* Building structure, accountability, and career progression across the team
* Working directly with the CEO and senior leadership to scale results nationally
**YOU?**
* Proven experience leading large inside sales / telesales teams
* Strong track record in outbound performance and appointment\-setting environments
* Someone commercial, data\-driven, and obsessed with KPIs
* A visible leader who can motivate, coach, and challenge people daily
