The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team. The agent will also assist in maintaining accurate records of client interactions, providing a high level of service, and following up on leads to ensure excellent customer experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effectively representing the company. **Qualifications** * Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in record\-keeping and detail orientation to maintain accurate client information * Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or related roles * Strong organizational and time\-management abilities * Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment * Prior experience in lead qualification or sales support roles is a plus * Working knowledge of CRM tools or call center software (preferred but not mandatory) * High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant training is advantageous
