If this seems too ambitious for you, then don't apply.  **Job Description:** We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced **DevSecOps Lead** to be the operational architect of our cloud infrastructure and internal IT operations. You will secure and scale our multi\-tenant AI\-developed Platform as a Service (PaaS), ensuring robust deployments across AWS and GCP while maintaining rigorous Information Security standards. Beyond managing the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) cloud deployments, you will own software user access and office infrastructure management, ensuring our Dubai\-based engineering team and multi\-region offices operate smoothly and securely. You will work within a fast\-paced environment, seamlessly integrating security and infrastructure tasks into our rapid development sprints. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Cloud Environments:** Contribute to the design and implementation of **real\-time, distributed, high availability, scalable, event\-driven solutions** , leveraging services like Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, etc. * Provision, and maintain highly available and secure cloud infrastructure across **AWS** and GCP using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Establish and enforce comprehensive Information Security policies, managing vulnerability scanning and orchestrating external Penetration Testing. * Manage internal corporate IT, including software user access provisioning, identity management, and physical office infrastructure setup and maintenance. * Build, optimize, and secure automated CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, AI\-assisted development lifecycles. * **Operational Support for API and MCP interfaces:** Contribute to the Design and development of **published external APIs** and **Model Context Protocol (MCP)** interfaces that are reliable, scalable, well\-documented, and meet the needs of our business partners. * **Monitoring \& Security:** Establish comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting systems, and ensure the platform adheres to high security and compliance standards. **Required Experience and Skills:** * **7\+ years** of progressive experience in software development, with at least **3 years** in a Lead Dev/Ops or Technical Lead role. * Demonstrable success in **developing and launching a B2B2C Platform as a Service** that relies on published, high\-traffic **external APIs** . * Proven **domain knowledge** in at least two of the following areas: **social media, advertising, eCommerce, or news** . * Extensive experience of **Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, specifically using Terraform in production environments** with **geographically distributed cloud infrastructure for resilience and data sovereignty** . * Mastery of **Agile methods** and building, maintaining, and optimizing sophisticated **CI/CD pipelines** . * Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure\-as\-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). **Preferred Qualifications:** * AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional. * Experience with microservices architecture and service mesh technologies. * Familiarity with data streaming technologies like Kafka or Kinesis. * A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. **What You'll Gain:** * Competitive salary and performance\-based bonuses * Flexible remote/hybrid work options * Stock options * A key role within an exciting, mission\-driven team, with unlimited growth opportunities.
