DevSecOps Engineer

* **Position Name: DevSecOps Engineer** * **Work Mode:** Hybrid (2 to 3 days a week in Malmo that is mandatory) * **Location: Malmö, Sweden** * **Position Type:** Permanent or Contract is fine * **Visa :** A valid visa / EU PR / EU Citizenship is a mandatory **Job Description:** **CI/CD \& Automation** • Design, implement, and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** using **Azure DevOps** and/or **GitHub** Actions • Automate build, test, security scanning, and deployment workflows • Enforce best practices for versioning, branching, and release management Containerization \& Kubernetes • Build and manage containerized applications using Docker • Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot workloads on Kubernetes / Azure Kubernetes Service ( **AKS** ) • Implement Kubernetes best practices for scalability, resiliency, and security • Collaborate on cluster upgrades, monitoring, and capacity planning Infrastructure \& Operations • Perform Linux system administration, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and automation • Support platform observability, logging, and alerting • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaboration \& Governance • Work closely with development teams to onboard services onto the platform • Define platform standards, templates, and golden paths • Document platform capabilities, usage guidelines, and operational procedures Roles and Responsibilities : • Hands\-on experience with **Backstage** (developer portals, plugins, integrations) • Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions • Strong knowledge of **Docker** and **Kubernetes** , preferably **AKS** • Good understanding of Linux system administration • Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication, and security best practices • Good to have – experience in **TypeScript** and ReactJS, Node JS • Experience with Infrastructure as Code ( **Terraform** , **Bicep** , **ARM** ) • Knowledge of Azure Cloud infrastructure • Experience with monitoring tools • Understanding of DevOps and SRE principles What We Offer • Opportunity to build and evolve a modern internal developer platform • Exposure to cloud\-native and Kubernetes\-based architectures • Collaborative, engineering\-driven culture • Competitive compensation and benefits
