Overview
We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with strong expertise in
Python, DevOps, and enterprise application support
to design, develop, and maintain scalable content management platforms. This role combines software engineering, platform operations, automation, infrastructure support, and production troubleshooting within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation, integrations, and platform solutions using
Python
and Java.
- Build tools and frameworks to improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Provide
L3 production support
and troubleshoot issues across web servers, application servers, databases, networking, and authentication systems.
- Deploy, configure, and support enterprise platforms in on-premises and private cloud environments.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical mentoring.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, support, and vendor teams on upgrades, incidents, and platform improvements.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and drive continuous operational excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Application Support.
- 3+ years of hands-on
Python
development experience.
- Working knowledge of
Java
.
- Experience with
Linux/Windows administration
, scripting, and automation.
- Strong SQL skills, preferably with
Microsoft SQL Server
.
- Knowledge of networking, load balancing, and distributed systems troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Apache Tomcat and Apache Web Server administration.
- CI/CD tools such as
Jenkins
.
- Kubernetes
, Podman, and containerized environments.
- Ansible
, Git, GitHub, and DevOps best practices.
- Maven, Gradle, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
- Authentication technologies including
OAuth, OIDC, SAML, Kerberos, and mTLS

- Experience with messaging and event-driven architectures.
