Job Description
We are looking for a
DevOps Platform Engineer
to one of our clients within
Banking \& Finance
.
Start date: 2026-12-01
End date: 2027-12-31
Location: Stockholm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
About the assignment: You will join the Developer Experience area, building and operating platform capabilities that support software development across the organisation. The role is hands-on and involves engineering critical systems with a strong focus on reliability, automation, and standardisation. You will work in a shared responsibility model, including operational duties and on-call support.
Core Responsibilities:
- Build, improve, and operate CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code solutions
- Maintain and support business-critical platform systems and container-based environments
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver secure and scalable platform capabilities
- Participate in on-call rotation and shift-based support activities
Profile:
- Senior-level experience in DevOps and platform engineering
- Background in banking, finance, or other regulated industries is beneficial
- Strong focus on automation, reliability, and operational excellence
- Experience working in shared responsibility and collaborative engineering models
Skills \& Qualifications:
- Infrastructure as Code (e.g, Terraform)
- Server operating systems (Linux and/or Windows)
- GitHub and modern source control workflows
- Artifact management (e.g., Artifactory or similar tools)
- Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
- Containers and Kubernetes
- Scripting and automation
