? We are looking for a forward\-thinking DevOps Engineer to lead the charge in enterprise\-scale AI adoption and platform operations.
This is a unique opportunity to act as the technical bridge between CIO project teams and production\-ready AI tooling. You won’t just be maintaining pipelines; you’ll be shaping how an entire enterprise leverages tools like GitHub Copilot, Rovo AI, and AI agents.
**The Mission**
As the AI Enablement Lead, you will drive the evaluation, rollout, and operational excellence of modern developer tools. Your work will ensure that AI integration is seamless, secure, and aligned with Responsible AI principles.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **AI Tooling Operations:**
Act as the primary technical POC for POCs, evaluations, and production rollouts of AI features.
* **Platform Mastery:**
Manage and optimize the
**GitHub ecosystem**
(Actions, workflows) and
**Atlassian suite**
(Jira automation, Confluence macros, Rovo AI).
* **Metrics \& Insights:**
Develop
**Power BI**
dashboards to track adoption, usage patterns, and support volumes for executive\-level reporting.
* **Governance \& Documentation:**
Create SOPs, onboarding guides, and ServiceNow request workflows to ensure all AI activities meet enterprise security and compliance standards.
* **Training \& Enablement:**
Coordinate vendor\-led sessions and stay ahead of the curve on new AI tooling releases and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers.
**What You Bring to the Table**
* **DevSecOps Core:**
Strong hands\-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and the GitHub ecosystem.
* **Tooling Expert:**
Deep proficiency in Jira (JQL, automation), Confluence, and ServiceNow.
* **AI\-Driven Developer:**
Practical experience using AI\-powered tools like
**GitHub Copilot**
.
* **Scripting \& Integration:**
Solid Python or PowerShell skills and experience with REST API integrations.
* **Strategic Communicator:**
Ability to translate complex technical rollouts into executive\-ready documentation and training materials.
* **Future\-Ready:**
Knowledge of AI agents and Responsible AI frameworks.
