🔧 About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Senior CI/CD Engineer to design and implement scalable, high-performance delivery pipelines on Azure. This role involves end-to-end pipeline ownership, driving DevOps excellence, and mentoring a small engineering team.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✨ Design \& maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins \& GitHub Actions
✨ Architect scalable deployment solutions on Azure (AKS, IaC, automation)
✨ Lead \& mentor a team of 2–5 engineers
✨ Implement DevSecOps practices (security, compliance, monitoring)
✨ Optimize pipeline performance, reliability \& cost
✨ Manage end-to-end delivery, troubleshooting \& incident resolution
✨ Collaborate with Dev, QA \& Cloud teams
🛠️ Mandatory Skills
✔️ 5+ years in CI/CD / DevOps engineering
✔️ Strong experience with Jenkins (pipelines, Groovy, shared libraries)
✔️ Hands-on with GitHub Actions workflows
✔️ Azure expertise (AKS, Key Vault, Azure DevOps)
✔️ Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Bicep / ARM)
✔️ Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
✔️ Strong understanding of DevSecOps \& CI/CD best practices
⭐ Nice to Have
➕ GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
➕ Multi-language pipelines (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js)
➕ Monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
➕ Team leadership / mentoring experience
🎓 Certifications (Preferred)
